Hampton Inn Miami-Coconut Grove/Coral Gables

I had a really great experience during my stay, and I especially want to mention Latasha at the front desk. She was so kind, welcoming and genuinely helpful. She took the time to recommend a few nearby spots to visit and eat and her suggestions were spot on. It really made my trip more enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about guests and takes pride in what she does. Customer service like that makes all the difference. Thank you Latasha for being so warm and helpful...it did not go unnoticed!

We really enjoyed our one night stay before departing on our cruise. The hotel is undergoing renovation's but it didn’t distract from our stay. Our room was not ready upon arrival however Ms.Trinity allowed us to store our luggage and provided suggestions for lunch. The friendly and professional Staff at check in set the tone for our stay, Ms. Latasha and Ms. Trinity are to be commended as to how they welcome guest during slow and mass arrivals. Upon check-in our room was clean and welcoming. The breakfast Buffet Staff maintained the area with full stock and continuous cleaning. I would definitely recommend staying here as I would again.

What a fantastic experience I had!!! The rooms was very spacious, everything looked very neat and brand new. All the little details in the bathroom and the huge bed felt like heaven!! Microwave available, good quality toiletries and the nice lady in tbe reception made my "night", after a veeery and tiring long day. Would go back anytime.

We stayed for three nights and had a really nice time. The hotel’s in a super convenient spot—close to the metro and main roads, but still quiet enough to relax. Our room was spacious and the bathroom looked freshly renovated, which was a nice touch. The staff were all friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, though the dining hall could use a little rearranging to make things less crowded in the mornings. Overall, it’s a comfy place to stay if you want good service and an easy base for exploring the city

Hampton Inn in Coconut Grove, and I’m having a really good time here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location—but what really stands out is the environment/room service team. Claudia Javier and the rest of the room service specialists are amazing. They’re professional, friendly, and always make sure everything is just right. Their work and attitude truly make a difference here. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. I really appreciate the effort this team puts in every day. I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Coconut Grove. The location is excellent — easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the heart of Coconut Grove. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I slept really well, which honestly matters most when you’ve traveled a long distance. Amenities were fairly minimal, but everything was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was spotless and I had no complaints at all about the room itself. Overall, a solid, comfortable stay in a great location.

I spent two nights in this nice hotel, and I believe it is conveniently located in a very centric location. Everything is withing a short drive, and you can also take the metro rail if you want to commute downtown Miami. The staff was very friendly, and as Hilton Diamond Member, I felt part of their family. They also have free breakfast, which was very nice. Highly recommended.

It's about what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. Good front desk staff and great cookies, good hot breakfast. Pool was small, and hot tub was closed off. Room was fine, bed was not very comfortable (very firm if that's your thing), pillows were soft, plenty of seating, TV is decent size for room. Shower was great, actually surprising me how modern it was compared to the rest of the room, though towels were scratchy. Digital key never came through in the app, but physical keycards worked fine. Not really any sort of a view given its location and only being six floors. It's no luxury hotel, but you shouldn't expect that either for the price point ($300 for a Monday in January).
